Thursday afternoon I headed toward Vegas with 6 other ladies in a suburban. We were part of a team of twelve ladies that would run 195 miles!! We started in the Valley of Fire and ran to Las Vegas. Each team member ran 3 different "legs" of the race, and once it started, it lasted until you finished it. It took our team 32 1/2 hours!! I had a great time...living in the suburban, eating trail mix and cliff bars, drinking Gatorade, and not sleeping and of course running! Here is our full team of Lady Luckier women at the finish line!!!
I am waiting for my turn to run!! It was 3am and freezing cold...super dark and a little scary, but I have a smile on my face. It took a lot of commitment to train for this major event, I have been training since July!! People ask me if I would do it again?I don't know the answer yet.....

Mind--I think it is way awesome! I thought of you all weekend (at least when I was awake.). Way to go!!
